Welcome to Bedouin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bedouin's mobile apps, web app, AI features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

By using Bedouin, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Bedouin may include early access features. Features can change over time as we improve the Service.

To use Bedouin, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country).
  • If under 18, use the Service with parent or guardian permission.
  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, impersonate, or threaten others
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with Service operation
  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
  • Misuse collaborative tools, messaging, or invitation features

We may investigate violations and take action, including suspension or termination.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Bedouin a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

Bedouin trademarks, branding, software, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Bedouin may offer free and paid plans. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to applicable pricing, billing terms, and recurring charges unless canceled.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Their terms and policies apply to payment processing.

6. Beta or Pre-Release Access

Pre-release features may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice. You accept this risk when using beta features.

7. Data, Privacy, and AI Features

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy rights and obligations may apply under laws including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, U.S. state privacy laws (such as CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable local laws depending on your jurisdiction.

Bedouin includes AI features that can provide travel assistance and recommendations.

  • AI features may use your prompts and relevant context from your use of the Service.
  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for all situations.
  • You remain responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.
  • You should not input sensitive personal information unless necessary.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Account Deletion, Termination, and Suspension

Deletion requested by you

You may request account deletion. After your request, your account may remain in a pending deletion state for up to 30 days so you can reactivate if you change your mind.

After that window, we delete or anonymize account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Suspension or termination by Bedouin

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose security or legal risk, or where required by law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction identified in our legal notices. Where consumer laws apply, mandatory local rights remain unaffected.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
